Michael Ede

FOUNDER & CEO

He is the Managing Director of Uplift11 and an experienced entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Science Honours and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. With over 15 years’ experience in management of various projects across the globe. Michael has worked for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions, consulting firms and biopharma giants. He is an FA registered players intermediary (agent) who successfully completed the football agent pro course to the esteemed standards of the John Viola Academy – a well-recognised FIFA registered football agency in the UK and has also completed the S4 Scouting Professional Football Recruitment and Players Scouting level 1 training.

Michael Ede is a member of the Professional Football Agents Association (ProFAA)- the sole global body representing the interests of football agents worldwide and also listed on the official ProFAA licensed agents database.

Michael is a hard-working, caring professional and ambitious English FA registered players intermediary offering a fresh approach to sports professionals looking to progress their sporting career. He is well versed with the knowledge and expertise to successfully navigate the complexities of the signing and transfer processes and he has significant experience working with other registered intermediaries and sports consultants across the globe.

Sarah Ede

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)

Sarah is the CEO of Brighter Connect LTD. She’s also a mentor and a coach for the learners on their Learning Management System (LMS). She is an IIBA® certified Business Analyst and senior consultant with vast experience delivering Business Change, Compliance, and Business Transformation Programmes for most of the world’s best consulting, telecoms and Biopharma firms. A Master’s Degree holder from the University of Bath. Her industry experience span across Financial Services, Retails, Telecoms, Consulting, NHS, and Biopharma. She has worked for companies like Selfridges, Which?, TalkTalk, The Mont Consulting, NTT Data Consulting and AstraZeneca. She joins the Uplift11 team with wealth of experience.

Asif Shabbir

FOOTBALL SCOUT (LONDON, UK)

Asif Shabbir joined us as a UK Scout. Having completed his S4 Scouting – Professional Football Recruitment and Players Scouting workshop level 1 course.

He is currently the Managing Director of Web Buds- a UK web design and creative agency. He is a certified developer and a professional wordpress trainer. He is also the head of digital-media & marketing at Brighter Connect. He joins with years of experience as an entrepreneur and having worked with the managing director for over 3 years on various projects.
